I want a cooking surface that has even temperatures. The top end grills just have not impressed me. I also have family with a napolean top end grill, and they also complain about uneven temperature. If you cant find a part or accessory, just. GrillSpot offers a variety of Blue Ember Barbecue Grill rotisseries. I always grill steaks on the right hand side of the grill (given that it cost $700 that is a big disappointment t me, I will never buy weber again, its pretty and looks well made, but not happy with the performance). Barbecue Grill rotisseries are great for roasting large cuts of meat on the barbecue like prime rib, whole chicken, or leg of lamb. I currently use a weber (the blue ember is for my mother) which is only in its 2 nd season, and if you put a steak in the middle of the grill on high heat, it won't even have grill marks on it after 5 minutes with the cover closed. Also, check that you have enough gas in your tank. Sunbeam, Broil-mate, and weber and all three have disappointed me by developing uneven temperatures. The most common gas grill regulator problems are sometimes as simple as a loose connection or a crack in the line from the regulator, which is designed to control the flow of gas from the tank into the burners. ![]() Personally I have experience with three brands This thread is almost becoming a poll for me on whether or not I should assemble the blue ember bbq I purchased on the weekend or return it to DominionĪs it stands we have one positive post (though I appear to have overpaid based on a better price in Scarborough but now out of stock)Īnd we have two negative posts (though one is not specific to the blue ember line but still much appreciated)
